Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Tell us the make, model and fault and we give you a price. Nothing is done until you agree to it.
Where do I take my computer?
Our Beckenham drop-off point at 21 Village Way, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3NA is by appointment only, so call first. Repairs are carried out at our workshop at 80 Willow Walk, Unit 1, London SE1 5SY. We can also collect by courier or send an engineer to you.
Do you work for businesses as well as home users?
Yes. We look after private customers and companies, including server repair for offices across London.
How fast is the repair?
We aim for the same day where we can. A machine that needs the workshop is usually back within 24 to 48 hours.
